SERVIDOCTOR FAMILY among another thing, will remind you time of vaccines, medical check ups, eye’s revision, and dental revisions, for which the system has:
A. A Universal table for each one of the groups (time of vaccines, medical check ups, eye’s revision, and dental revisions) based on data provided by most renown medical institutions, such as Health World Organization, by age groups, periodicity of controls depending on individual age.
B. You can print the information of the universal table (time of vaccines, medical check ups, eye’s revision, and dental revisions) to consult with your personal professional in the respective area, to receive advice, depending on your age or family history, to add or change periodicity in the universal table.
Once you have that information, you can use it in what we have called ADJUSTED TABLE (which initially includes same information of the universal table) to include those check ups or vaccines that must be changed and/or added, as well as elimination of those not required. If you do not make any adjustments, the system will use the information of the universal table to send you reminders, or when you reach the age for check up or vaccine. In case of vaccines, your doctor might indicate some variations, for example:
i. That because of the user’s age or place of residence there is no need to take it and therefore in the ADJUSTED TABLE you must eliminate it by using the respective button.
ii. It is possible that your doctor, advice you to take one or some additional vaccines not shown in the UNIVERSAL TABLE, because of place of residence, working conditions, etc. in that case you must added it to the ADJUSTED TABLE and using the button ADD shown at the end of the table.
C. SERVIDOCTOR FAMILY include tables in which you will record, the last control made to you for each one of the activities and other useful information such as, doctor’s name, place of work, telephone, and his residence in the columns provided for that purpose.
The system, depending on your age or sex, indicates the check up that you must take as follows:
1. Verify if you already have, an appointment scheduled, if so will remind you of the date, doctor’s name, address and telephone.
2. If you do not have an appointment scheduled for your physical control, the system will verify in the universal table, when was your last control, to remind you of the date when you to do it. If you already had your control, the system additionally will remind you the data about the doctor who attends you, data such as name, telephone, and office address.
3. If you did not inform of the last control, either because you forgot or were not in appropriate age of doing so, the system shall look in the ADJUSTED TABLE to remind you.

In this chapter you can register very easy the data of distance or time (at least approximately) of when was the last time you executed each activity. 1. Controls you must take by law, Car insurance and taxes: The system will send you two (2) mails reminding you each one of the expiration dates, . The last mail will be sent approximately 2 days before the final deadline. In each one of the respective chapters, you can define with how many days of anticipation you wish to receive the first reminder.

Basic and Major maintenance: For each of the maintenance activities the system takes the parameter you choose (time, distance or the first one to happen) and the registered data about the last control noted by you in the “Basic and mayor maintenance –last control” chapter. If for some reason you don’t register the last time you performed the activity, the system will take from the “BASIC AND MAYOR MAINTENANCE –ACTIVITIES” chapter the information, that is to say, the lapse of time in which you should perform such activity.
In order to make it easier for you, ServiDoctor Car has a section in the main menu called “distance curve” where you can note down the approximate average distance you usually travel during each month of the year. That way the system takes into account the data you register from the odometer and calculates (as approximated as possible) the distance you normally travel during a period. Besides vaccines, SERVIDOCTOR PETS will remind you of checks by the veterinary, parlor, and additional Care that will help to improve the well being of your pet (dog or cat). For this effect, the system includes:
a) A Universal Table that includes vaccines and the basic Cares that a pet must be provide during life period.
b) You can print the information of the Universal Table and consult with your veterinary for his advice, in the particular case of your pet, according to his race, age, and place of residence or for other reasons. Some controls can be eliminated, frequency can be changed, other controls can be added etc.
If you do not make changes to a control or a determined vaccine, the system will use the information of the Universal Table (that will be the same as the one you fill in the Adjusted Table) to send you reminders as your pet reaches the respective age.
c) SERVIDOCTOR PETS, includes a table where you will record the last control made to your pet for each activity, and other useful data, such as name of the veterinary, office address and telephone. The table includes sufficient space to record dates for the next appointments of your pet.
Depending on your Pets age the system, will advice you on the necessary controls as follows:
1. It verifies if an appointment date has been set up, if affirmative, will remind you of the date and the information concerning your veterinary.
2. If no appointment has been set up for a control, the system will check the table to verify the date when done, and will remind you of the time interval established for each activity. If you made controls on the activity that the system is checking, this will remind you of that activity and will inform you the name of the veterinary plus his personal data.
3. If you did not record the date of last control, either because you forgot or because your pet had not reached age, the system will search the ADJUSTED TABLE to remind you
